Like to give a big props to my man…whathisname…for the great hookup at the Kerry rally. A quick slip of the green invite and I was up in the stands long after they’d been filled up.

Interesting moments:

Good
Seeing both Dennis Kucinich & John Glenn…just wished they would have been given the chance to talk…

Bad
All those people in black suits…the sun was beating down on all of us like we’d been caught coloring on the wall…how sweet is that Armani if it’s coated in sweat?

Worse
That big brutha in the black suit with the S-curl…someone please take him aside…that combination is likely to cause him to spontaneously combust sometime in the future…

Security
To the ’secret service’ sista girl who was giving me the ’stare’, there’s no need to seem so angry. Your pistol wielding brethern are all very stoic…you’re not helping JK by scaring people with that angry (yet lovely) face. After we’re done getting Condoleezza a man, I’ll give ya a call…

Kerry
He’ll do alright. I’m still an A.B.B. man, but at least he not nearly as wimpy and unenthusiastic as Gore. I’m looking very forward to the debates…keep on talking about the issues and Dubya’s lack of accomplishment in any of them..you’ll be alright. Also…great idea on the ‘Americans getting the same health plan as Congressmen’….if you can pull if off, you’ll have most of us sold for 2008.

Voters
Please, please, please! Focus on gettin those who don’t vote to do so…Half the voting age populus doesn’t vote…get even a small fraction to do so for the first time, then it’s all gravy. Hey…if Andre 3000 finally came into the mix, there’s bound to be others who will join up too.

As for the title of this entry…take a look at Kerry from the side sometime. From where I was sitting, I got his side profile the majority of the time…. Johnny K is the living example of how the shortest distance between two points truely is a straight line…
