Sometimes the clothes do not make the Cheney
January 29, 2005 | 10:20 amAt the recent rememberance of Holocaust victims on the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, Vice President Cheney really stood out in the crowd:

Lil’ dicky was warmly busted out in an Olive parka, big brown stompin’ boots and a knit ski cap, while the rest of the crowd sported the traditional ‘mourning’ black…a safe bet even with the new fashion upon us.
To quote Robin Givhan of the Washington Post, “the vice president looked like an awkward boy amid the well-dressed adults”.
BZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Attention to the media…take such juvenile nit-picking, put it back in your toy box and concentrate on your homework. Little bullshit stories like this just help your opponents point to how unobjective you can be. I’m not a fan of this man by any stretch of the imagination, and even I think your efforts here are being wasted…
Gee…an old man with a history of heart attacks decides to go against tradition (which he knows perfectly well) and keep himself warm. Good for him! Nothing disrespectful about it. Here’s hoping his office brushes it off and pays it no mind.
Now, if he showed up with a Jheri curl…that would have been disrespectful…
