When I went on a trip to Japan in May of '07 I saw these in a bunch of places (ueno also) but i wondered what it meant.
I thought it was hilarious and I nearly bought a hat. However I still don't understand it... Is it a misspelling / mis-context of something else? Some gangster phrase that I'm not aware of? Or is it some kind original engrish that doesn't make sense to begin with?
